We offer three inspections at three different times during the new build home buying process. You can have your property snagged before completion, after completion or towards the end of the developers defect period.

How long does inspection take?

Typically, inspections last between two to four hours.

Do you provide a report?

Yes, we deliver a detailed snagging report with photos and recommendations.

Can you help with resolving defects?

While we don’t carry out repairs, we guide you on how to get issues fixed by your builder.
